Here at Country Labradors, the health of our dogs is very important to us. Your new puppy will have been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule prior to coming home with you.
Your new puppy is guaranteed healthy and free of communicable diseases at the time you take possession. If your puppy is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health after you (the buyer) take possession, you must notify us with a written statement from your licensed veterinarian. Your puppy is guaranteed for ten days. We agree to refund the purchase price of your puppy upon return of the puppy and the registration papers. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. All expenses incurred, medical or otherwise as the responsibility of the buyer.
Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects for one year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have life-threatening congenital defects, you must supply us within seven days of the diagnosis, with your veterinarian’s written report. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchanging puppies. The puppy would then be replaced with one of equal value and same-sex as soon as possible. Exchange will be given upon receipt of the puppy and the report from the veterinarian. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred, medical or otherwise. Any shipping expenses for returning the puppy would be at the buyers expense.
